About modification of some legal acts in connection with adoption of law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About mediation"

Article 1.

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following change:

to state part one of Article 218 in the following edition:

"The current of term of limitation period is interrupted by way:

1) presentations of the claim in accordance with the established procedure;

2) making by the obliged person of the actions testimonial of recognition of debt or other obligation;

3) mutual consent of the parties on dispute settlement by means of mediation extrajudicially according to the legislation in the field of mediation.".

Article 2.

Bring in the Family code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2004, No. 1, the Art. 1) the following change:

add Article 21 with part two of the following content:

"The able-bodied and capable spouses who do not have the general minor children having the right to resolve in case of mutual consent disputes on the Section of their common property by holding procedure of mediation according to the legislation in the field of mediation.".

Article 3.

Bring in the Labor code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2006, No. 4, the Art. 392) the following changes:

in Article 412:

a) to state the name of Article in the following edition: "Article 412. Subjects on consideration and settlement of individual employment disputes";

b) add Article with part four of the following content:
