About introduction of amendments to article 34 of the Federal law "About the Territories of the Advancing Social and Economic Development in the Russian Federation"

Article 1

Bring in article 34 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2014 No. 473-FZ "About the territories of the advancing social and economic development in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 1, Art. 26; 2016, No. 27, Art. 4185; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4156) following changes:

1) in part 3:

a) state item 4 in the following edition:

"4) the legal entity for date of inclusion in the register of residents of the territories of the advancing social and economic development specified regarding 1 this Article is not the city-forming organization of the monoprofile municipality of the Russian Federation (monotown);";

b) add with Item 5 of the following content:

"5) the legal entity is not the affiliated organization of the city-forming organization of the monoprofile municipality of the Russian Federation (monotown).";

To add 2) with part 4.1 following of content:

"4.1. If within implementation of the investment project by the resident of the territory of the advancing social and economic development specified regarding 1 this Article workplaces in the quantity exceeding 20 percent of average number of employees of all organizations performing activities in the territory of the municipality such legal entity are created is not the city-forming organization determined by part 4 of this Article.".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective after ninety days after day of its official publication.
