Article 1

"7.1. The customer's head, the member of the commission on implementation of purchases shall take when implementing purchases measures for prevention and settlement of conflicting interests according to the Federal Law of December 25, 2008 No. 273-FZ "About anti-corruption".

7.2. Cannot be members of the commission on implementation of purchases:

1) the physical persons having personal interest in results of purchase (determination of the supplier (the contractor, the contractor) when implementing competitive purchase), including the physical persons who submitted applications for participation in purchase, or consisting in employment relationships with the organizations or physical persons which submitted these applications, or being managing directors of the organizations which submitted applications for participation in purchase.
