ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About introduction of amendments to the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2014 No. 508 "About approval of Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 13, 2014 No. 508 "About approval of Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9729) the following changes:

in the Rules of carrying out educational work with convicts to imprisonment approved by the specified order:

state Item 26 in the following edition:

"Authority punishments are applied to convicts by the resolution of the chief of the organization or person fulfilling its duties or his deputy according to the procedure stipulated in Article 133 WICK, in shape according to appendix 9 to these rules.

Upon violation with the convict the talk of educational nature is had, if necessary psychological assistance and psychocorrectional actions with fixing is given in the diary IVR.

The administration of organization no later than the next working day from the date of pronouncement of the resolution on application of measures of encouragement or penalties enters these data in the Centralized automated penal correction system database (further - TsABD).

If authority punishment is imposed during following by transit through other organizations (further – transit organization), the administration of transit organization, materials with the resolution on imposing of authority punishment apply to the personal record of the convict.

The settlement in DIZO is performed in transit organization, in case of not execution of settlement in DIZO in transit organization or is performed not completely, this collection is performed in day of arrival in the directed organization, including on account of days of stay in quarantine with holding the relevant activities provided to implementation in quarantine.
