About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather uninterrupted production and delivery of agricultural products during warlike situation

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to the following laws of Ukraine:

1. In the Law of Ukraine "About pesticides and agrochemicals" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 1995, No. 14, Art. 91 with subsequent changes):

1) in the paragraph the second part one of Article 16-5 of the word of "sanitary and hygienic requirements" shall be replaced with words "the state sanitary standards and rules";

To add 2) with article 25 of the following content:

"Article 25. Final and transitional provisions

Determine that during warlike situation and within 90 days from the date of its termination or cancellation:

action of the paragraph of third of part one of article 16-3 of this Law stops;

for the state registration of pesticides and agrochemicals including begun before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine of rather uninterrupted production and delivery of agricultural products during warlike situation" availability of the positive conclusion of the state sanitary and epidemiologic examination is not required;

state registration of agrochemicals is not required in cases, the stipulated in Article 4 presents of the Law, and also for such commodity subcategories according to UKT foreign trade activities:
