"6.2. Persons for whom according to part 6 of this Article adoption of the state defense order is obligatory, at the request of the state customer and person for whom according to part 6.1 of this Article the conclusion of the contract is obligatory at the request of the head contractor shall represent the offer on price for products on the state defense order (including the documents proving such price), cost information according to the performed public contracts, contracts, and also information necessary for the change in price of the public contract, including reasons for its change.";
