About the state civil positions

For the purpose of enhancement of legal regulation of the relations connected with passing of the public civil service I decide:

1. Determine the Register of the state civil positions (further - the Register) (appendix 1).

2. Establish:

2.1. equating of the highest qualification class:

the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Belarus appropriated to the Chairman, to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Belarus, - to the highest qualification class of the 1st rank;

appropriated to other judges, - to the highest qualification class of the 2nd rank;

2.2. equating of classes of government employees with classes of the government civil servants (appendix 2);

2.3. correlation of class ranks, personal ranks, diplomatic ranks, qualification classes and classes of the government civil servants (appendix 3).

3. Determine that:

3.1. in state bodies * names of positions of the government civil servants to which there correspond the classes of the government civil servants determined in the Register are applied.

In state bodies in which according to the legislation the structural divisions performing the activities as head departments, managements or departments of the name of positions of heads (their deputies) of these structural divisions are created if they are not included in the Register, can be established proceeding from names of the relevant structural divisions.

The double name of position of the government civil servant can be applied according to the procedure, the determined legislation on work if each of components of the specified name is included in the Register;
