1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2008 No. 1610 "About measures for implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 17, 2002 No. 28" the following changes:
in word preamble "paragraph two of item 4 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 490 "About customs regulation" shall be replaced with words "Item 2 of article 46 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 No. 129-Z "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus";
