About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2017 No. 43

1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of October 12, 2017 No. 43 "About some questions of the treatment of radioactive waste of nuclear power plants" the following changes:
to state the name of the resolution in the following edition:
"About approval of regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety";
to exclude from preamble of the word "About Some Questions of the Ministry of Emergency Situations";
in Item 1:
exclude the word "enclosed";
add Item with the word "(are applied)";
in regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of "The safety rule in case of the treatment of radioactive waste of the nuclear power plants" approved by this resolution:
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety of "The safety rule in case of the treatment of radioactive waste of nuclear power plants" (further - Rules) establish requirements to safety when designing systems of the treatment of radioactive waste (further - Russian joint stock company), and also to safe handling of Russian joint stock company in case of operation of nuclear power plants (further - the NPP).";
