1. In preamble to the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 21, 2016 No. 3276/5 "About approval of Requirements to execution of statements and decisions in the field of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 21, 2016 for No. 1504/29634, of the word "parts eleven" shall be replaced with words "parts fifteen".
2. Make changes to the requirements to execution of statements in the field of state registration of the corporeal rights to real estate and their encumbrances approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 21, 2016 No. 3276/5, registered on November 21, 2016 for No. 1504/29634, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. Make changes to the Requirements to execution of decisions by the state registrars of the rights to real estate approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 21, 2016 No. 3276/5, registered on November 21, 2016 for No. 1505/29635, having been reworded as follows them which are applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
