About modification Technical regulation of "About Safety of Wheel Vehicles" custom union (TR CU 018/2011)

According to article 52 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and Item 29 of appendix № 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 № 98, Council of the Eurasian economic commission decided:

1. Item 34 of the technical regulation of the Customs union "About safety of wheel vehicles" (TR CU 018/2011) accepted by the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 No. 877, to add with the paragraph of the following content:

"The manufacturers of products registered in the territory of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union which is not the contracting party Soglasheniya of 1958 when evaluating compliance of the vehicle (chassis) relating to type of the vehicle (chassis) which was earlier not undergoing assessment of conformity to requirements of this technical regulation till December 31, 2023 inclusive have the right to apply procedures, stipulated in Item the 35th this technical regulation.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication and extends to the legal relationship which arose since May 19, 2022.
