Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning payment of means of pension accruals to legal successors of the died insured persons and implementation of lump sum payment of means of pension accruals to insured persons.

Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning payment of means of pension accruals to legal successors of the died insured persons and implementation of lump sum payment of means of pension accruals to insured persons

1. In Rules of payment by the non-state pension fund performing mandatory pension insurance, to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered on the retirement accounts of funded pension approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 30, 2014 No. 710 "About approval of Rules of payment by the non-state pension fund performing mandatory pension insurance, to legal successors of the died insured persons of means of the pension accruals considered on retirement accounts of funded pension" (The Russian Federation Code, 2014, No. 32, Art. 4483; 2021, No. 7, Art. 1128):

a) add Item 9 with the paragraph of the following content:
