1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of subordinated divisions of the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 24, 2021 No. 338 the following changes:
The subitem 3 of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:
"3) Regulations on Department of preserving biodiversity and especially protected natural territories under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix 3;";
2) in Regulations on Department of preserving biodiversity and especially protected natural territories under the Ministry of natural resources, ecology and technical supervision of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- in the name of the word "Department of preserving biodiversity and especially protected natural territories" shall be replaced with words "Department of preserving biodiversity and especially protected natural territories";
- in Item 1 of the text in state language of the word "to Bioturduulukt of Jean Ozgotcho to korgoluuch жаратылыш аймактарын сактоо department" shall be replaced with words "Bioturduulukta сактоо Jean Ozgotcho to korgoluuch жаратылыш aymaktara department";
