About introduction of amendments to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 regarding refining of the mechanism of forming of personnel structure of the Eurasian economic commission

being guided by article 115 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Bring in the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Eurasian economic commission (appendix No. 1 to the specified Agreement):

in Item 54:

in paragraph four of the word "for a period of 4 years" to exclude;

after the paragraph of the fourth to add with paragraphs of the following content:

"Employment contracts (contracts) are signed with directors of departments of the Commission and their deputies for the term which is not exceeding the term of work of Board of the Commission created according to Item 33 this provision.

The chairman of Board of the Commission has the right to extend once employment contracts (contracts) of directors of departments of the Commission and their deputies for a period of up to 3 months.

In case of early termination (termination) of the employment contract (contract) of the director of the department of the Commission or the deputy director of department of the Commission the employment contract (contract) with person appointed to vacant post of the director of the department of the Commission or the deputy director of department of the Commission consists for the term which remained before the termination of term of work of Board of the Commission created according to Item 33 this provision.";
