About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 10

Based on subitem 5.6 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1592, of paragraph one of part one, parts three and the fourth Item 18 of the Regulations on use of the cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus and National Bank of the Republic of Belarus of July 6, 2011 the No. 924/16, Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Regulations on requirements to program cash system, program cash desk, operator of program cash system, and also operating procedure of the commission on assessment on the compliance to qualifying standards approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection of the Republic of Belarus of March 29, 2018 No. 10, the following changes:

the fifth Item 2 to add the paragraph with words ", displayed in the form of QR code";

state Item 8 in the following edition:

"8. The program cash desk used in the shopping facility for which part one of Item 10 of the Regulations on use of cash and other equipment in case of acceptance of instruments of payment establishes obligation of use of the cash equipment providing the differentiated accounting of data on goods shall provide the differentiated accounting concerning the goods which are subject to commodity numbering and bar coding with use of system of automatic identification of GS1 of Belarus.";
