About change of the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 66
Based on subitem 7.4 of Item 7 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 2006 No. 756, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Rules on ensuring industrial safety of hoisting cranes approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus of December 22, 2018 No. 66, the following changes:
in Item 6 of the word "20.24.2 Items 20.24 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156" shall be replaced with words "19.22.1 Items 19.22 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed concerning subjects of the managing approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 24, 2021 No. 548";
in Item 8 of the word of "20.1.1 Items 20.1" shall be replaced with words "19.19.1 Items 19.19";
in part two of Item 48 of the word "with Item 20.23" shall be replaced with words "with subitem 19.33.1 of Item 19.33";
in part one of Item 70 of the word "20.24.2 Items 20.24" shall be replaced with words "19.22.1 Items 19.22";
in part two of Item 339 of the word "20.1.7 Items 20.1" shall be replaced with words "19.27.1 Items 19.27";
in Item 370:

2. This resolution becomes effective since March 27, 2022.
