RESOLUTION OF THE STATE CUSTOMS COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About recognition voided resolutions of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 26 and of September 16, 2019 No. 43

Based on subitem 10.7 of Item 10 of the Regulations on the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 21, 2008 No. 228, the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Recognize invalid:

the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 26 "About approval of the Instruction about procedure for approval of customs authorities of decisions";

the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of September 16, 2019 No. 43 "About change of the resolution of the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 26".

2. This resolution becomes effective since July 25, 2022.
