About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708 "About special investment contracts for separate industries" (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 30, Art. 4587; 2017, No. 52, Art. 8142; 2018, No. 32, Art. 5351; 2020, No. 3, Art. 256; No. 50, Art. 8223).

2. Recognize invalid the subitem "b" of Item 1 and Item of 2 changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 1, 2018 No. 895 "About modification of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708" (The Russian Federation Code, 2018, No. 32, the Art. 5351).

Changes which are made to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2015 No. 708

1. State item 4 in the following edition:

"4. This resolution is applied only in case of the conclusion, change and termination of special investment contracts according to article 16 of the Federal law "About Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation".".

2. In Rules of the conclusion of the special investment contracts approved by the specified resolution:

a) in paragraph one of Item 5 of the word "and also for the purpose of implementation of the priority project "International Cooperation and Export to the Industries" to exclude;
