About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Bring in the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2012 No. 37 "About development of the Petrikovsky field of potassium salts" the following changes:
in Item 1 of the word "2012-2021" shall be replaced with words "2012-2022";
add Item 2 with subitem 2.6 of the following content:
"2.6. decisions on withdrawal and provision to the investor of the parcels of land from forest lands of forest fund (the nature protection, recreational and improving and protective woods) for implementation of the investment project, and also about transfer of such lands in other categories for the purposes specified in this subitem are accepted by the Gomel regional executive committee without approval of the President of the Republic of Belarus.";
third Item 5 to state the paragraph in the following edition:

2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of the investment agreement of April 17, 2012 No. ID-1041, signed between the Republic of Belarus and JSC Belaruskali in compliance with this Decree.
3. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since January 1, 2022.
