1. In the appendix No. 11 Codification of Tax and Customs Privileges, provided according to the current legislation, for customs procedure "42" to the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O/2009 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 197-200, 876), the column 3 codes of release 143 "The short description of release" to state in the following edition:
"The releases applied to commodity import as the given help, the decisions of the Commission on emergency situations of the Republic of Moldova specified in the corresponding Items concerning exemption of customs payments".
