Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the state notariate" of April 16, 2012 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2012, No. 4, Art. 260; 2013, No. 6, Art. 408; 2017, No. 5, h 1, Art. 295; 2019, No. 6, Art. 317; 2021, No. 6, Art. 388) following changes and amendments:

1. Add Article 1 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

2. In Article 4:

- state part 4 in the following edition:

"4. Withdrawal of the original of documents and the register of registration of notarial actions is forbidden, except as specified to need of conducting examination of the document. These documents can be withdrawn only based on the relevant statement which is drawn up according to the procedure, established by the procedural legislation of the Republic of Tajikistan.".
