Article 1. 1. Regarding 3rd Article 11 to replace the word of "prevention" with the word "counteractions".

2. The paragraph third articles 12 after the word "responsibility" to add with words "the first deputy and" and words of "head departments", to exclude.

3. In Article 13:

- word in paragraph three of "bodies of the Agency and its subordinated structures" and "its bodies" respectively shall be replaced with words "structural divisions of the Agency and its divisions on places" and "bodies";

- in paragraph seven of the word "work plan of bodies of the state financial control" shall be replaced with words "the general plan of financial audits and checks";
