1. Bring in Item 1 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management system and deregulation in the field of land relations" of April 28, 2021 No. 1423-IX such changes:

in paragraph four shall be replaced with words the word and figures of "Item 16" also in figures "Item 16 (except provisions on placement of stationary designs for placement of outdoor advertizing)";

after the paragraph of the fourth to add with the new paragraph of the following content:

"Item 16 (regarding provisions on placement of stationary designs for placement of outdoor advertizing) the Section I of this law which becomes effective in fifteen months from the date of publication of this law".

With respect thereto to consider paragraphs of the fifth and sixth respectively paragraphs the sixth and seventh.

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of its publication.
