About introduction of amendments to article 14 of the Law on purchases in sectors of power, water resources, transport and post services No. 74/2020

Art. I. - Items a) and b) parts (2) article 14 of the Law on purchases in sectors of power, water resources, transport and post services No. 74/2020 (2020, 278) to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 153-158, in the following edition:
"a) the mailing - as it is determined in the Law on mail service No. 36/2016;
b) post services - as it is determined in the Law on mail service No. 36/2016;".
Art. II. - This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
