Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About defense" of November 4, 1995 (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 1995, No. 23-24, of Art. 366; 1998, No. 23-24, of Art. 353; 1999, No. 12, Art. 310; 2000, No. 11, Art. 537, Art. 549; 2003, No. 4, Art. 144; 2004, No. 2, Art. 36; 2005, No. 3, Art. 119, No. 12, Art. 659; 2007, No. 5, Art. 357; 2010, No. 12, h 1, Art. 804; 2013, No. 7, Art. 515; 2014, No. 7, h 1, Art. 395) following changes and amendments:

1. In preamble of the Law and the text of Article 13 of the word of "local self-government" shall be replaced with words "self-government of settlements and villages".

2. In Article part four 1, parts two and third Article 29 of the word "international legal acts", "international legal acts", to "international legal acts" respectively shall be replaced with words "the international legal acts", "the international legal acts", to "the international legal acts".

3. To state the paragraph of the eighth Article 4 in the following edition:
