ORDER OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURAL POLICY AND FOOD OF UKRAINE

About recognition No. 283 which voided the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 26, 2013

According to the subitem "g" of the subitem 1 of item 4 of the Section II "Final and transitional provisions" of the Law of Ukraine of April 28, 2021 "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning enhancement of management system and deregulation in the field of land relations" and Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 17, 2021 No. 124, I order to No. 1423-IX:

1. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine of April 26, 2013 No. 283 "About approval of the Procedure for preservation of lands", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on May 24, 2013 for No. 810/23342 (with changes).

2. To provide to management of regulation of agrarian resources submission of this order in the procedure established by the legislation on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of functional obligations.
