About modification of the Regulations on technical expertize in construction approved by the Order of the Government No. 936/2006

The government DECIDES:

1. In the Regulations on technical expertize in construction approved by the Order of the Government No. 936/2006 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, Art. No. 138-141, 1025), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 2 after words to "utility constructions" to add 1) with the text ", to engineering (communication) networks";

2) Item 5 after the word "designings" to add with the text ", execution (realization)";

3) in Item 6 the text ", physical persons and legal entities" shall be replaced with words "and law enforcement agencies";

Items 11 and 12 to state 4) in the following edition:

"11. Supervision of activities for implementation of technical expertize of structures is assigned to the central industry body of public management in the field of construction or the authorized body which is under its supervision.

12. Technical expertizes of structures or reconstruction aiming at project development, expansions or superstructures of the existing structures, and also projects on re-equipment, change of technology or appointment are performed only by technical experts certified as physical persons or as workers of the economic agents performing activities in the field of accomplishment of technical expertizes. Technical expertizes of structures can be executed by group of the certified technical experts, with involvement of other specialists certified in the field of construction and specialists from other areas, if necessary.";

Item 13 to declare 5) invalid;

Item 16 to state 6) in the following edition:

"16. Repeated technical expertize of structure can be performed by the certified technical expert / the certified technical experts in request of owners, users of structure or law enforcement agencies.";
