About modification of some Orders of the Government

The government DECIDES:

1. In appendices No. 1 and 2 to the Order of the Government No. 998/2003 about activities of service for collection of the local taxes and charges as a part of primeriya (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, Art. No. 191-195, 1059), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Item 4 of appendix No. 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"4. CCMHC administers the following taxes and fees:

a) the land tax from physical persons (citizens) and peasant economy (farmers);

b) the real estate tax from physical persons (citizens);

c) collection from owners of dogs;

d) collection on sanitation;

e) collection for the parking;

f) special charges.";

2) in appendix No. 2:

a) in Item 9 of the word "and to collection on improvement" to replace with the text", to collection for the parking and to collection with sanitation";

b) in Item 9-1 of the word to "collection on improvement" to replace with the text "to collection with sanitation, to collection for the parking".

2. In the Regulations on determination of the tax liabilities on the income tax of the legal entities and physical persons performing business activity approved by the Order of the Government No. 693/2018 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 834), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1) in Item 33-1 of the word "insurance and" to replace with the text "insurance and/or";

To replace 2) in Item 34 of figure "35" with figures "65";

To add 3) with Item 50-2 of the following content:

"50-2. Economic agents to whom within tax year according to provisions of the legislation on information and technological parks the resident status of the information and technological park is provided or cancelled have the right to subtract for the purposes of the taxation depreciation expenses and repair of fixed assets according to article 261 of the Code for application of the tax regime set in the Section II of the Code."
