The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Bring the following changes in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 1351 "About some questions of licensing of activities for development, production, repair, trade, collecting, exhibiting and acquisition of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2014, No. 81, the Art. 704):

"About some questions of licensing of activities for development, production, repair, trade, collecting, exhibiting of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Determine:
1) the licensor of activities for development, production, repair, trade, collecting, exhibiting of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it Committee of administrative police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2) the licensor of activities for repair, collecting, exhibiting of civil and office weapon and cartridges to it departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana, Almaty, areas, on transport.";
