About introduction of amendments to article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" rather legal representation of some categories of children during action of emergency or warlike situation in Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Article 30-1 of the Law of Ukraine "About child care" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 30, Art. 142; 2016, No. 10, Art. 99; 2021, 8, the Art. 59) after part three to add No. with new part of the following content:

"In case of movement, including abroad for the purpose of evacuation during action of emergency or warlike situation in Ukraine, the children who are enlisted/arranged on the round-the-clock stay in institutions of the different types, patterns of ownership and subordination arranged in seven foster tutors, heads of the relevant organizations authorized by them employees or other persons designated by guardianship and custody body or military administration / военно-гражданской administration in the location of institution, in particular, in case of discharge of the head or the worker authorized by it from accomplishment of obligations or absence of the head or the worker authorized by it foster tutors are legal representatives of such children (except powers on making from name and for the benefit of the child of the transactions connected with housing and property rights consents on adoption and change of nationality of the child before return of such child to Ukraine or before its reunion with family".

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in week time from the date of entry into force of this Law to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law.
