Article 1

Bring in Article 5.1 of the Maritime Code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1999, No. 18, Art. 2207; 2012, No. 31, Art. 4321; 2017, No. 7, Art. 1029; 2018, No. 1, Art. 44; No. 53, Art. 8451; 2020, No. 29, Art. 4515; 2021, No. 17, Art. 2880) following changes:

1) in Item 2:

a) state subitem 1 in the following edition:

"1) the procedure for the organization of navigation of vessels in the water area of the Northern Sea Route providing issue of permissions to navigation of vessels in water areas of the Northern Sea Route, suspension, renewal, cancellation of such permissions and modification of such permissions by State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" or organization subordinated to it;";

b) add with subitem 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) procedure for issue by the federal executive body performing functions on rendering the state services and management of state-owned property in the field of sea transport or the organization subordinated to it to persons meeting requirements of the regulations on ice pilots approved by federal executive body in the field of transport in coordination with State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom", certificates of the right of ice pilot pilotage in the water area of the Northern Sea Route;";

2) in Item 3:

a) the paragraph one after words "State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom" adds with words "according to rules of swimming in the water area of the Northern Sea Route, stipulated in Item 2 these Articles, regulatory legal acts of State Atomic Energy Corporation "Rosatom";

b) in subitem 1 of the word "establishment of procedure for development of recommendations about development" shall be replaced with words "the organization of development";
