1. No. 877 to add Item 3 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 with subitem 3.2.8 of the following content:
"3.2.8. Till February 1, 2023 in the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic assessment of conformity and release into the stream of commerce of single vehicles of the categories M and N imported for own needs in the territory of these states without application of provisions of the Section 5 of appendix No. 4 to the Technical regulation is allowed.
Implementation of rights of possession, uses, order of the vehicles specified in paragraph one of this subitem is not allowed in the territories of other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union if other is not established by the legislation of the corresponding state members of the Eurasian Economic Union concerning such vehicles.".

Ask the Government of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic to provide export non-admission (including temporary) the vehicles specified in subitem 3.2.8 of the Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of December 9, 2011 to No. 877, in the territory of other state members of the Eurasian Economic Union if between the governments of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union other agreements are not reached (including in bilateral format).
3. This Decision becomes effective after 10 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
