Rules of carrying out the state cadastral assessment of lands

1. These rules determine procedure for carrying out the state cadastral assessment of lands for all categories in the territory of the Russian Federation for the purposes of the taxation and other purposes established by the law. The organization of carrying out the state cadastral assessment of lands is performed by Federal agency of the inventory of real estate objects and its territorial authorities.
