1. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 777/1997 about enhancement of the mechanism of regulation of foreign trade (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1997, Art. No. 59-60, 635), with subsequent changes.
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
