About equalization of the customs payments paid by legal entities and physical persons when importing to customs area of the Russian Federation of separate vehicles

For the purpose of equalization of the customs payments paid by legal entities and physical persons when importing to customs area of the Russian Federation of separate vehicles, the Government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Determine that when importing by physical persons to customs area of the Russian Federation of the vehicles classified in goods items 8704, of 8705, 8709 Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Russian Federation rates of customs duties, taxes according to the general procedure and conditions of tariff regulation and the taxation provided for participants of foreign economic activity are applied.

2. Bring in Regulations on application of single rates of customs duties, taxes concerning the goods moved through customs border of the Russian Federation with physical persons for private use, N718 approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 29, 2003 (The Russian Federation Code, 2003, N 49, Art. 4772; 2006, N 5, Art. 550), following changes:

a) third Item 5 after the words "except for" to add the paragraph with words "the vehicles specified in Item 6.1 of this provision and also";

b) add the Provision with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. When importing by physical persons to customs area of the Russian Federation of the vehicles classified in goods items 8704, 8705 and 8709 Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Russian Federation the rates of customs duties, taxes established according to the general procedure and conditions of tariff regulation and the taxation provided for participants of foreign economic activity are applied.".
