About introduction of amendments to article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" concerning draft deferment on military service during mobilization of some categories of citizens

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

1. Paragraphs two and third "About mobilization preparation and mobilization" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 16, of Art. 225 with subsequent changes) to state to part three of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine in the following edition:

"the job seekers of professional (professional), professional and higher education, assistants-trainees, graduate students and doctoral candidates studying in day or dual forms of education;

the scientific and scientific and pedagogical employees of organizations of the higher and professional higher education, scientific institutions and organizations having academic status and/or scientific degree and pedagogical employees of organizations of professional (professional) education, organizations of general secondary education, provided that they work respectively in organizations of the higher or professional education, scientific institutions and the organizations, organizations of professional (professional) or general secondary education on principle place of employment at rate 0,75 at least".

2. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.
