About introduction of amendments to article 48 of the Law of Ukraine "About physical culture and sport" rather some questions of use of property of the liquidated public and utility institutions of physical culture and sport

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. "About physical culture and sport" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2010, No. 7, Art. 50 with subsequent changes) after part twelve to add article 48 of the Law of Ukraine with new part of such content:

"The property of the liquidated public and utility institutions of physical culture and sport is used without change of its purpose".

With respect thereto the thirteenth - the seventeenth to consider parts respectively parts fourteen - the eighteenth.

II. Final provisions

1. This Law becomes effective from the date of, its publication following behind day.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in a month from the date of entry into force of this Law:

provide adoption of the regulatory legal acts necessary for implementation of this law;

bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this Law;

provide reduction by the ministries and other central executive bodies of their regulatory legal acts in compliance with this Law.
