About modification of some decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of social security
For the purpose of enhancement of provision of services of the personal assistant to person with limited opportunities of the health needing permanent foreign care and supervision, and implementation of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About strengthening of the state support to separate categories of vulnerable segments of the population" of May 14, 2022 No. 153, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on payment terms of services of the personal assistant to the child with limited opportunities of the health needing permanent care and supervision" of November 23, 2018 No. 556 the following changes:
1) in the name of the word "the child with limited opportunities of the health needing in permanent" shall be replaced with words "the child and/or person with limited opportunities of the health needing the permanent stranger";
2) in preamble:
- words "the child with limited opportunities of health needing in permanent" shall be replaced with words "the child and/or person with limited opportunities of health needing the permanent stranger";
