About modification and amendments in some legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning power industry, energy saving and increase in energy efficiency, subsurface use, local public administration, frontier, housing and communal services and science

3. In the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 1, 1998 "About special status of the city of Almaty":

1) Article 3 to add with subitems 15), 16), 17) and 18) of the following content:

"15) to approve design code of the city of Almaty;

16) to create the commission on consideration of questions of registration of the real estate, to approve its structure and regulations on it;

17) to approve service regulations of systems of outside lighting in the city of Almaty;

18) to approve rules of installation of video cameras and carrying out monitoring of video surveillance in places of mass accumulation of citizens in the presence of the consent of owners in coordination with authorized bodies in spheres of protection of public order and informatization.";
