About introduction of amendments to the Law of Ukraine "About bases of national resistance" concerning enhancement of procedure for completing and social security of territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by Sil and voluntary forming of territorial communities
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:
1. Introduce in the Law of Ukraine "About bases of national resistance" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2021, No. 41, Art. 339 with subsequent changes) the following changes:
1) in Article 9:
add part one with the paragraph the fourth the following content:
"Citizens of Ukraine are part of military units Sil of territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the place of the registration. In case of introduction of warlike situation citizens of Ukraine can be enlisted in structure of military units by Sil of territorial defense of the Armed Forces of Ukraine also directly in areas of conducting military (fighting) operations";
the paragraph one of part three to add with offers of the following content: "Citizens of Ukraine are enlisted in structure of voluntary forming of territorial communities in the place of the registration. In case of introduction of warlike situation citizens of Ukraine can be enlisted in structure of voluntary forming of territorial communities also directly in areas of conducting military (fighting) operations";
Article 24 to state 2) in the following edition:
"Article 24. Guarantees of social and legal protection of the military personnel and members of voluntary forming of territorial communities who take part in national resistance
