About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About mortgage"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2008 No. 345-Z "About mortgage" the following changes:

1. In Article 2:

to state the name of Article in the following edition:

"Article 2. Legal regulation of the relations on mortgage. Coverage of this Law";

in Item 1:

replace the words "Legislation of the Republic of Belarus" with the word "Legislation";

words "regulatory legal acts of the President of the Republic of Belarus," to exclude;
