About introduction of amendments to articles 8 and 12 of the Federal law "About the State Defense Order"

Article 1

Bring in the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 275-FZ "About the state defense order" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7600; 2015, No. 27, Art. 3950; 2017, No. 31, Art. 4786; 2018, No. 31, Art. 4852; 2019, No. 52, Art. 7835; 2021, No. 18, Art. 3077; No. 22, Art. 3691) following changes:

1) in Article 8:

a) add part 1 with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) includes provisions of standard conditions of the contracts determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 12 of this Federal Law in the contracts signed with contractors;";

b) add part 2 with Item 1.1 of the following content:

"1. 1) includes provisions of standard conditions of the contracts determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to Item 1 of part 1 of article 12 of this Federal Law in the contracts signed with other contractors;";

2) Item 1 of part 1 of Article 12 to add with words ", standard conditions of contracts".

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

2. Provisions of articles 8 and 12 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 "About the state defense order" (in edition of this Federal Law) are applied No. 275-FZ to the legal relationship which arose after day of entry into force of this Federal Law.
