Bring in part the fourth the Civil code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 52, Art. 5496; 2014, No. 11, Art. 1100; 2019, No. 30, Art. 4132; 2020, No. 30, Art. 4743) following changes:

This Federal Law becomes effective after one year after day of its official publication.
