Article 1. Bring in the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan about administrative offenses of July 5, 2014 the following changes and amendments:

Part third of Article 62 to add 1) with the paragraph third the following content:

attract penalty on small business entities, non-profit organizations in the amount of eighty, on subjects of medium business - in the amount of two hundred, on subjects of big business - in the amount of three hundred monthly settlement indicators.";

To add 3) with Article 214-1 of the following content:

"Article 214-1. Making of the transaction with money and (or) other property which entailed legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way

Making by the legal entity of transaction with the money and (or) other property received obviously for physical person of this legal entity in the criminal way, the entailed giving of lawful type to ownership, use or the order of the specified money and (or) other property -

attracts penalty on small business entities, non-profit organizations in the amount of seven hundred fifty, on subjects of medium business - in the amount of one thousand, on subjects of big business - in the amount of two thousand monthly settlement indicators.
