Assign to function Department of Energy on realization of state policy in the field of use of nuclear energy and radiation safety, physical protection of nuclear installations, nuclear materials, radioactive waste, other sources of ionizing radiation of objects of joint-stock company "The national atomic power generation company "Energoatom".
2. The subitem 22 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Department of Energy of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2020 No. 507 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2020, No. 52, the Art. 1628), after the words "to the sphere of management of the Ministry of Energy" to add with words ", and concerning the subjects of managing determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine".
