About the organization of acceptance for study in the public highest educational institutions

For the purpose of realization of the tasks determined in the State program by strategy implementation of development of New Uzbekistan for 2022 - 2026 in "Year of ensuring interests of the person and development waved", the Republic of Uzbekistan approved by the Presidential decree of January 28, 2022 No. UP-60:

1. Establish procedure according to which:

a) since 2022/2023 academic years:

in the public highest educational institutions proceeding from their opportunities remote form of education in the directions of formation of bachelor degree takes root;

parameters of the state order on acceptance for study in average special and professional educational institutions affirm the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations based on offers of the ministries and departments having these educational institutions in maintaining in coordination with the Ministry of Economics and finance;

acceptance in magistracy of the public highest educational institutions is performed on the basis of average value of point of the bachelor's degree and point of the appropriate national or international certificate determining the level of knowledge of foreign language of the entrant with strict observance of the sequence of points without holding additional examination;

b) acceptance in bachelor degree and magistracy of the state, non-state and foreign highest educational organizations, and also in their branches, performing activities in the republic, is performed once within one academic year (June - September). At the same time in need cases acceptance in magistracy of the highest educational organizations repeatedly within one academic year is allowed by permission of State commission based on the offer of the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations;
