About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning differentiation of powers between the central executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection and the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. In the Air code of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2011, Art. No. 48-49, 536):

1) in Item 30 parts one of Article 1, the paragraph third Article part four 4, of Article part five 112, of part three of Article 113 of the word "specially authorized central executive body concerning civil protection" in all cases and numbers shall be replaced with words "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection" in the corresponding case and number;

2) in Article 113:

in the first offer of part two of the word "specially authorized central executive body concerning civil protection" shall be replaced with words "the federal executive body providing forming of state policy in the field of civil protection";

in part three of the word "specially authorized central executive body concerning civil protection" shall be replaced with words "the central executive body realizing state policy in the field of civil protection".

2. In the Code of civil protection of Ukraine (The sheet of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2013, Art. No. 34-35, 458):

The text of Article 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"1. Civil protection - complex of actions which are implemented in the territory of Ukraine in peace time and during the special period and are directed to protection of the population, the territories, the surrounding environment, property, material and cultural values against emergency situations and other dangerous events, prevention of emergence of such situations and events, liquidation of their effects, assistance to victims, implementation of the state supervision (control) in the field of fire and technogenic safety";
