1. Approve the Procedure for tax collection on value added during customs clearance of the goods imported on customs area of Ukraine which is applied.

Consider invalid the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 09.06.99 N346 "About Approval of the Instruction about Procedure for Control by Customs Authorities of Collection during Customs Clearance of the Goods Imported (Sent) on Customs Area of Ukraine and Budget Contribution of the Value Added Tax" (with changes) registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 01.07.99 for N427/3720.
3. To department of customs payments (Dzhigalov S. O.) and to Legal department (Not brother L.M.) provide provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
