In paragraph one of Item 17 of the word "during the period from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2022 inclusive" shall be replaced with words 1) "since January 1, 2018";

Article 2

1. This Federal Law becomes effective after thirty days after day of its official publication.

2. Action of provisions of Item 17.1 of article 33 of the Federal Law of December 15, 2001 No. 167-FZ "About mandatory pension insurance in the Russian Federation" extends to the legal relationship which arose since January 1, 2022.
