About modification of the Section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes" on asset management during action of warlike situation

I. Make to the section V "Final provisions" of the Law of Ukraine "About the National agency of Ukraine concerning identification, search and asset management, received from corruption and other crimes" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2016, No. 1, the Art. 2, No. 11, the Art. 129) the following changes:

state the name in the following edition:

"Section V Final and transitional provisions";

add with Item 2-2 of the following content:

"2-2. Determine what is temporary, from the date of introduction of warlike situation the Presidential decree of Ukraine of February 24, 2022 No. 64/2022 "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine", the approved Law of Ukraine "About approval of the Presidential decree of Ukraine "About introduction of warlike situation in Ukraine" of February 24, 2022 No. 2102-IX, for the period before the termination or cancellation of warlike situation, and also within one month from the date of its termination or cancellation:

1) the National agency is granted the right to opening of accounts in depository institutions which 100 percent of shares (shares) belong to the state;

2) the National agency can make the decision on the acquisition at the expense of the money placed on accounts of the National agency in national currency, domestic government bonds "War bonds" in the amounts approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, but no more than in the amount of constituting 80 percent of the means considered on deposit accounts of the National agency.
